Should commercial banks be able to confiscate real estate (dwelling) property if the person is unable to repay the credit? Why?

No, the legislation should be revised and the ‘robbing’ attitude of creditors towards the debtors should be improved. The state should ensure that long-term and low interest rate loans are issued to the deceived and indebted individuals, and provide municipal residential areas to those who have lost their homes.
